Halloween Accent & Uplighting in Georgia

Uplighting is what turns a lit house into a scene. Where roofline lighting draws the outline, accent lighting fills it — washing columns, brick, tree canopies, and landscape beds in colored light that changes the whole mood of the property.

We place and aim every fixture on site after dark, because a light that looks right at noon almost never looks right at eight o'clock.

  • On-site, after-dark aiming of every fixture
  • Purple, orange, and green color design
  • Hidden low-voltage runs and timers
  • Full removal after the season

Architectural washes

Columns, stone facades, chimneys, and entry arches take color beautifully. A deep purple wash across the front elevation with warmer orange at the entry creates contrast and depth that photographs as well as it looks in person.

  • Facade and column washes
  • Chimney, portico, and archway accents
  • Garage bay and driveway framing

Tree and canopy uplighting

Mature Georgia hardwoods are the best Halloween asset most properties already have. Ground-staked fixtures aimed up through bare or thinning canopies throw enormous, moving shadows across the lawn — the single most dramatic and least gimmicky effect available.

We hide fixtures in beds and mulch, run low-voltage cable below grade lines, and set everything on a timer so the display runs itself.

Restraint is the whole trick

Too many colors and the property reads like a carnival. We usually build on two dominant colors with one supporting accent, keeping intensity down and letting the shadows do the work. Cinematic, not cartoonish.

Frequently asked questions

Can uplighting be combined with roofline lighting?
Yes, and it should be. Roofline lighting gives the house its shape and uplighting gives it depth. Most of our best Halloween displays use both, quoted together as one all-inclusive package.
Will uplighting damage my landscaping?
No. Fixtures are staked in beds and mulch, cables are tucked below grade lines, and everything is removed cleanly after Halloween.
Do the colors change or stay solid?
Both are available. Most homeowners prefer solid colors for a high-end look, but we can program subtle transitions for properties that want more movement.
